Mr. Lubliner is an associate in the Firm's bankruptcy/commercial litigation group.  He represents varying constituencies in chapter 11 reorganizations and restructurings including debtors, creditor committees, landlords and trade creditors.  His practice is also comprised of representing litigants in complex commercial litigation, financial fraud litigation and "Ponzi" schemes.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2007, Mr. Lubliner was a bankruptcy/corporate reorganization associate with the New York City office of Chadbourne & Parke LLP where he represented creditor committees, banks and creditors in some of the largest chapter 11 bankruptcy cases ever filed in the United States including representing the creditor committee in In re Spiegel, Inc.et. al., representing creditors in In re Enron, Inc. et. al., and representing a syndicate of banks in In re Mirant Corp., et. al.
